Want a career in pre-hospital medicine? 

This qualification may be used towards achieving other pre-hospital care qualifications, including the Level 4 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (QCF). Level 5 is equivalent to an Ambulance technician and successful level 6 candidates can apply for UK Paramedic registration.

Assessment

There 13 practical tests, 3 theory multiply choice assessments and 2 skills tests with continuous formative assessment conducted throughout the course.
